April 1, 2020 COVID-19 update As of today, we have decided to push back our return to activity date for the SLYSA league to May 1st, 2020. Therefore, all games are being postponed through May 1st, 2020 in an attempt to keep the health and well-being of all SLYSA players, coaches, families, and others involved in the league a priority, and to limit potential exposure to COVID-19. This policy goes into effect as of today, April 1st, 2020, and recent actions taken by the USYS, MYSA and IYSA regarding COVID-19 correlate with this decision. SLYSA will be evaluating conditions to determine when it will be appropriate to reinstate game play and will update accordingly. Further details regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the league will continue to be shared via official SLYSA communications channels.
